Summer Time!

Here are some photo's of our visit to Ottawa! We visited Grandma and Grandpa Lavoie, Aunt Angie, Uncle Kevin and Cousin Layla.

We also had dinner with great-grandpa Lavoie and Isabel and a yummy seafood lunch with great-grandma Charbonneau!! Mommy celebrated her birthday with fireworks and Evan took his first (half) step during this trip!

Evan had fun playing on Layla's play structure especially playing on the slide with Grandma.

Evan thoroughly enjoyed being pulled in the red wagon around the yard several dozen times too :)Whoa! Slow down daddy!

Evan also caught pink-eye for the first time during our visit which he then passed on to mommy (twice)! Aren't toddlers wonderful! We had a wonderful trip that was over too quickly. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for a fun time!

Evan was invited over to Sasha's to play in her kiddie pool this afternoon as we have been having unusually hot weather. Since Evan has never been in in a pool, kiddie or otherwise, we were game!

Mother Nature's Son

Evan enjoyed some time in the spring sun! He likes to cruise on the gazebo frame and pick up sticks and poke at the ant hills. We're going to have a lot of fun in the backyard this year!

Evan's 1st Birthday

Evan turned 1 on April 18th, two days after his Daddy's birthday. My parents came to visit for a few days to help us celebrate this enormous milestone. Here are some pictures of Evan on his big day!
